What You’ll Do

• Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows 11 laptops and Microsoft 365 applications.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, track and record problems, and escalate unresolved matters to internal teams.

• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software both in-person and remotely.

• Maintain and upgrade hardware and software systems, ensuring compatibility with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.

• Guide and train colleagues and users on IT basics, including onboarding, backup, security, and password management.

• Implement, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Azure solutions (Compute, Storage, Network, Security).

• Manage backup, restore, recovery, and high availability strategies for Azure environments.

• Work with IaaS and PaaS services, and manage Windows Server and SQL databases.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Azure environment performance, connectivity, and security issues.

• Manage and maintain complex Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and GPOs.

• Ensure compliance with IT standards, procedures, and processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or 3+ years of equivalent experience.

• At least 1 year of experience supporting applications/functions in Azure Cloud.

• Proven experience in IT support (Service Desk/Systems Engineer roles).

• Proficiency in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Azure.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with personnel in multiple jurisdictions.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical staff.

• Certifications (preferred): AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ-305, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
