About the Role:

We are currently in search of a meticulous and proactive Senior Investor Services (Transfer Agency, Subscription and Redemption) to join our team—someone ready to contribute to our continued success and uphold our high standards of service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and place new transactions received from investors (subscriptions, redemptions, switches and transfers) in the transfer agency system, according to procedures in place.

• Process capital calls and distributions, including communication to investors, cash tracking and follow up.

• Oversee preparation and verification of redemption, dividend and distribution payment files.

• Assist internal and external clients with ad-hoc projects and requests, e.g. track auditor’s requests concerning documentation sought.

• Ensures effective understanding of specific processes and adheres strictly to relevant procedures. 

• Prepares / updates procedures and checklists in cooperation with management.

• Ensures effective compliance and controls in own area.

• Participates in projects, testing and training when requested.

Ideal experiences and competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Monitoring, Transfer Agency, specifically Subscription and Redemption Processing, is a significant advantage. 

  • Subscription Processing is when an investor decides to buy shares or units of an investment fund.

  • Redemption Processing is when an investor decides to sell their shares or units back to the fund and get their money out.

• Strong proficiency in data entry and data review, with exceptional attention to detail to identify discrepancies or errors.

• Experience in transfer agency operations, investor services, subscriptions, and redemptions are preferred.

• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Location & Work Setup:

• Hybrid work arrangement (2 days of work from home, 3 days on-site)

• Regular PH business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm) with flexibility to work EU hours
