Job description
For our fast-growing organisation we are looking for a Shareholder Administrator.
Responsibilities:
Performing maintenance updates on the investor database.
Performing periodic reviews of investors.
Preparation of annual FATCA & CRS reports.
Daily investor screening through World Check.
Reviewing KYC documents from investors.
Setting up new investors in the TA system (Mantra).
Processing investor transactions and generating contract notes and investor statements.
Job requirements
Ideal experiences and competencies:
Any Business or finance degree
1-2 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, transfer agency is preferred
Stakeholder management (clients, senior stakeholders, customers)
Organized and detailed in handling data (ex. Ensuring validity and accuracy of data received)
Excellent written and oral communications in English and Chinese. Fluent oral communication in Mandarin and Cantonese

Location & Work Setup:
Hybrid work arrangement (2 days work from home, 3 days on-site)
Monday to Friday business hours, 9am to 6pm
