Shareholder Administrator (KYC/FATCA/CRS/Transfer Agency)

Job description

For our fast-growing organisation we are looking for a Shareholder Administrator.


Responsibilities:

  • Performing maintenance updates on the investor database.

  • Performing periodic reviews of investors.

  • Preparation of annual FATCA & CRS reports.

  • Daily investor screening through World Check.

  • Reviewing KYC documents from investors.

  • Setting up new investors in the TA system (Mantra).

  • Processing investor transactions and generating contract notes and investor statements.

Job requirements

Ideal experiences and competencies:

  • Any Business or finance degree

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, transfer agency is preferred

  • Stakeholder management (clients, senior stakeholders, customers)

  • Organized and detailed in handling data (ex. Ensuring validity and accuracy of data received)

  • Excellent written and oral communications in English and Chinese. Fluent oral communication in Mandarin and Cantonese

Location & Work Setup:

  • Hybrid work arrangement (2 days work from home, 3 days on-site) 

  • Monday to Friday business hours, 9am to 6pm
