Job description

  • Performing maintenance updates on the investor database.
  • Performing periodic reviews of investors.
  • Preparation of annual FATCA & CRS reports.
  • Daily investor screening through WorldCheck. 
  • Reviewing KYC documents from investors.
  • Setting up new investors in the TA system (Mantra).
  • Processing investor transactions and generating contract notes and investor statements

Job requirements

Ideal experiences and competencies:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, or investment houses
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including client and senior stakeholder relationships
  • Organized and detail-oriented data handling skills, ensuring accuracy and validity of data received

Work Arrangements:

  • Hybrid work setup: 2 days of remote work from home and 3 days on-site
  • Regular PH business hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (with flexibility to work EU hours)
  • Weekend off: Enjoy your weekends off, with Mondays to Fridays as workdays
