We are currently in search of a meticulous and proactive Senior Investor Services (Transfer Agency, Subscription and Redemption) to join our team—someone ready to contribute to our continued success and uphold our high standards of service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Support and provide subject matter expertise of our full scope of Investor Services deliverables and ensuring that we meet our quality standards towards fund managers and investors

• Process subscriptions, redemptions and other investor instructions in a timely manner in accordance with our internal procedures and guidelines outlined in fund offering documents

• Maintain accurate investor data and records in system databases

• Collaborate with Fund accounting teams on client matters and assist with new client onboardings as directed

• Participate in team development activities and ongoing training to enhance knowledge and skills

• Any other tasks assigned to you.

Ideal experiences and competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 

• Proven experience in a senior role with a strong background in team oversight, training, and coaching. 

• Experience in Transfer Agency, specifically Subscription and Redemption Processing, is a significant advantage. 

  • Subscription Processing is when an investor decides to buy shares or units of an investment fund.

  • Redemption Processing is when an investor decides to sell their shares or units back to the fund and get their money out.

• A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude, skilled in building positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. 

• Strong client-focused mindset with a commitment to adhering to internal policies and procedures. 

• Excellent multitasking abilities, capable of managing competing deadlines, and enthusiastic about learning and tackling new challenges.

• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

Location & Work Setup:

• Hybrid work arrangement (2 days of work from home, 3 days on-site)

• Regular PH business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm) with flexibility to work EU hours
