💼 What You'll Do

Lead Strategic Programmes

• Manage the complete lifecycle of high-impact projects and programmes, ensuring they align with our organisational vision and goals

• Define clear scopes, timelines, and deliverables while proactively identifying and mitigating risks

• Drive day-to-day project execution with a hands-on approach, keeping teams aligned and momentum strong

Build Meaningful Connections

• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of our organisation—from frontline teams to executive leadership

• Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with empathy, anticipating needs and managing expectations effectively

• Foster transparent communication and collaboration between business units, ensuring everyone moves forward together

Drive Data-Informed Decisions

• Leverage analytics and insights to optimize project outcomes and guide strategic direction

• Track and report on KPIs, providing executive-level visibility into programme performance

• Transform data into compelling narratives that drive action and engagement

Essential Experience:

• Proven success delivering strategic programmes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, influence, and negotiation across diverse organizational levels

• Experience driving standardization and optimization through outsourcing and Centres of Excellence models

• Solid grounding in process management methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks)

• Proficiency with project management tools including Monday.com, PMO frameworks, and Power BI

• Track record of thriving in global, multicultural environments with sensitivity to diverse perspectives
