Your Impact

As Fund Administrator, you'll drive our international investment operations by:

  • Managing Financial Transactions: Process cross-border investment and cash-related transactions while preparing comprehensive accounting records from independent sources

  • Reconciliation & Valuation: Reconcile international bank/broker statements and balances, handle investment pricing, and calculate the Net Asset Value (NAV) of shares

  • Financial Management: Calculate income/expense accruals, management/performance fees, and handle payment disbursements across jurisdictions

  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare tailored financial statements (assets/liabilities, operations, net asset changes), publish NAVs, and manage correspondence with external partners globally (banks, brokers, custodians, lawyers, auditors)

Job requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in accountancy, finance, or equivalent qualification

  • Passion for numbers and administration

  • Interest in global financial markets and the international investment industry

  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Dynamic attitude with strong communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

The minimum offer for this role is 1400€ gross/month/full-time. We aim to pay our employees fairly, therefore, your salary might be higher reflecting your experience and skill set.
