Job description

Your Impact
As Fund Administrator, you'll drive our international investment operations by:
Managing Financial Transactions: Process cross-border investment and cash-related transactions while preparing comprehensive accounting records from independent sources
Reconciliation & Valuation: Reconcile international bank/broker statements and balances, handle investment pricing, and calculate the Net Asset Value (NAV) of shares
Financial Management: Calculate income/expense accruals, management/performance fees, and handle payment disbursements across jurisdictions
Reporting & Communication: Prepare tailored financial statements (assets/liabilities, operations, net asset changes), publish NAVs, and manage correspondence with external partners globally (banks, brokers, custodians, lawyers, auditors)
Job requirements
What You'll Bring
Degree in accountancy, finance, or equivalent qualification
Passion for numbers and administration
Interest in global financial markets and the international investment industry
Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Dynamic attitude with strong communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
