What You'll Do

Power Our Operations

  • Provide vital administrative support to client-facing teams

  • Respond to and coordinate investor communications

  • Maintain meticulous office records and databases

  • Coordinate meetings and manage conference room schedules

  • Welcome visitors with genuine warmth and professionalism

  • Handle incoming calls with confidence and courtesy

  • Process mail and deliveries efficiently

 

Job requirements

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in reception, administration, or customer service

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Professional discretion with confidential information

  • A naturally friendly, positive attitude

  • Fluency in both Dutch and English
