Job Summary

As an Accountant in our Center of Excellence (CoE) office, you will lead critical finance initiatives aimed at enhancing processes, automating systems, and driving data-informed decision-making. Reporting to the Finance Transformation Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Heads of Finance and cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions, improve financial operations, and deliver impactful insights through effective BI and data management.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Process Design and Improvement: Streamline and redesign financial processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing compliant and optimized workflows, and driving a continuous-improvement mindset across the finance organization.

Financial Systems Automation and Integration: Partner with IT and finance teams to automate manual tasks, integrate financial systems, and lead the deployment of technology solutions that align with business needs and enhance system performance.

BI and Data Management: Oversee data governance and quality to ensure accurate reporting, develop dashboards and analytics tools to support decision-making, and promote data-driven insights for strategic and operational finance initiatives.

Ad Hoc Support and Assistance: Provide responsive support for cross-functional and urgent finance projects, act as a trusted advisor to finance leadership, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery in dynamic environments.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; 3+ years of experience in financial process improvement, system automation, and data management.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with financial systems (e.g., ERP systems), BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and data governance practices.

Process and Project Management: Strong analytical skills for process design, project management expertise, and the ability to drive cross-functional projects to completion.

Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement and teamwork.

Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to deliver data-driven insights, adapt to evolving needs, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
