The Role

As our new People & Culture Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's People & Culture functions across the EMEA region. This exciting position will put you at the heart of enhancing employee experiences and aligning HR strategies with business objectives in a global environment.

What You'll Do

HR Administration & Operations

  • Payroll & Benefits Management - Oversee end-to-end payroll processes across EMEA jurisdictions while administering comprehensive benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations

  • Systems & Compliance - Maintain HRIS data integrity, generate management reports, and monitor employment legislation changes across multiple countries

  • Documentation & Policy - Develop and maintain essential HR documentation and implement aligned policies throughout the EMEA region

Employee Relations & Development

  • Culture & Inclusion - Drive initiatives fostering diversity and a high-performance environment while supporting employees with HR matters and workplace policies

  • Performance & Development - Support effective performance management processes and advise on employee experience improvements

  • Strategic Partnerships - Collaborate with Recruitment and Learning & Development teams while providing management with guidance on HR trends and best practices

Job requirements

Who You Are

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management, Psychology, or Business Administration with 3+ years in a complex HR role

  • Demonstrated experience with payroll administration in EMEA countries and knowledge of employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions

  • Strong communicator with excellent English skills (additional European languages valued, Dutch a significant advantage)

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and payroll systems (Workday, SAP, or similar systems)

  • Proven ability to manage complex HR operations, including benefits administration and policy implementation
