Your Impact

As our new Paralegal, you'll be an integral part of our Swiss fiduciary team, working at the intersection of corporate law and governance. You'll assist with the daily administration of Swiss companies and foundations while building valuable relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support

  • Handle requests from clients, bankers, asset managers, lawyers, and internal departments

  • Prepare standard documents such as Board and Shareholders resolutions, Minutes of meetings, and Powers of attorney

  • Assist with bank account opening documentation and investment subscription documentation

  • Draft standard agreements (loan agreements, credit facility agreements, share purchase agreements)

  • Support the incorporation process of Swiss companies

  • Assist with bank account openings

  • Help with corporate governance changes and capital structure modifications

  • Handle payments and maintain document management systems

  • Provide direct client contact and support

  • Support Management and accountants with administrative and client-related matters

Job requirements

Your Profile

  • Knowledge of fundamental Swiss corporate law and company's administrative practices

  • Qualification in a relevant field (Para-Legal Diploma, Compliance Services, or related degree is an asset)

  • Minimum 2 years of local working experience in a similar position in a family office or Swiss fiduciary company

  • Fluency in German and English (additional languages are beneficial)

  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Knowledge of NavOne software is a plus

  • Proactive, accurate, and able to work independently

  • Quality-focused with strong organizational skills

  • Flexible and resilient with ability to set priorities

  • Friendly and professional attitude
