Job description

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences. 

  • Communicate effectively to manage client expectations and address concerns or inquiries. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate setup of client bank accounts onboarding and opening process. 

  • Liaising with regulators and banks for the setup of client entities and bank account opening. 

  • Provide clients with all necessary information and documentation for a smooth transition. 

  • Address any questions or issues that clients may have during the onboarding process. 

  • Ensure that all necessary compliance documents and agreements are completed and signed by clients. 

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation, keeping client profiles up to date. 

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal systems and policies. 

  • Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and resolve any onboarding-related issues or concerns in a timely manner. 

  • Stay updated on local and international regulatory requirements affecting the onboarding process. 

  • Have a basic understanding of structuring options and services being proposed to clients.  

  • Work closely with compliance teams to address any regulatory or risk-related concerns. 

Job requirements

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in client onboarding or client services. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance, or any related field. 

  • Demonstrated problem solving, attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills. 

  • Excellent relationship management, verbal and written communication skills required. 

  • Experience working as part of a team to ensure all work is completed. 

  • Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations as well as Customer Due Diligence requirements.
