Job description
Responsibilities:
Serve as point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
Communicate effectively to manage client expectations and address concerns or inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate setup of client bank accounts onboarding and opening process.
Liaising with regulators and banks for the setup of client entities and bank account opening.
Provide clients with all necessary information and documentation for a smooth transition.
Address any questions or issues that clients may have during the onboarding process.
Ensure that all necessary compliance documents and agreements are completed and signed by clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation, keeping client profiles up to date.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal systems and policies.
Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and resolve any onboarding-related issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Stay updated on local and international regulatory requirements affecting the onboarding process.
Have a basic understanding of structuring options and services being proposed to clients.
Work closely with compliance teams to address any regulatory or risk-related concerns.
Job requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in client onboarding or client services.
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance, or any related field.
Demonstrated problem solving, attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent relationship management, verbal and written communication skills required.
Experience working as part of a team to ensure all work is completed.
Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations as well as Customer Due Diligence requirements.
