Job description

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to be responsible for the following:

  1. Creation of Online Marketing Collaterals:
    • Develop engaging social media content, infographics, white papers, and website articles to enhance our online presence.
    • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages.
  2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    • Optimize articles for search engines by conducting keyword research and implementing SEO best practices.
  3. Support for Bolder Offices:
    • Provide assistance to Bolder offices for their branding, marketing, and sales requirements.
    • Develop jurisdiction-specific marketing materials, including office branding, event materials, and fee proposals.
  4. Email Marketing:
    • Create compelling email content for lead nurturing and generation campaigns.
  5. Internal Communication:
    • Facilitate internal communication by publishing company announcements, news, and other developments on SharePoint and Yammer.
  6. Ad-Hoc Projects:
    • Collaborate with the business development team on various ad-hoc projects to support company growth initiatives.
  7.  Other task that maybe assigned from time to time.

Job requirements

  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
  • Possesses a creative mindset and can think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Previous experience in writing financial articles preferred.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and WordPress platforms for content management and marketing automation is a plus
  • Ability to conduct interviews, both written and verbal, for blog writing purposes.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on content creation and digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
