Your Role

As a Junior Accountant, you will take ownership of the day‑to‑day accounting for a portfolio of international client companies. You’ll be a trusted finance contact for clients, balancing structured accounting work with ad‑hoc requests in a dynamic, global environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, client interaction, and learning by doing.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing end‑to‑end accounting for client companies, including monthly and quarterly reporting (VAT/ICT) and annual accounts

  • Setting up and maintaining accurate financial administrations

  • Booking incoming and outgoing invoices and processing bank and cash transactions

  • Supporting periodic and year‑end closings

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients, internal teams, external stakeholders, advisors, and authorities

Job requirements

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships count)

  • Familiarity with DGAAP and IFRS (an advantage, not a must)

  • Strong English communication skills; Dutch is a strong plus

  • A proactive, hands‑on mindset with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
