Job description

The IT Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in connecting Bolder’s global technology teams, ensuring that initiatives are delivered seamlessly, efficiently, and in alignment with business priorities.

This role acts as the central coordination point across all Technology functions — Cloud, Software Development, Data, and Platform — driving delivery discipline, visibility, and communication.

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Technology, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent governance, proactive risk and capacity planning, and clear business engagement on all active and upcoming initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Team Coordination & Delivery Governance

  • Ensure continuous alignment and collaboration between Cloud, Software, Data, and Platform teams.

  • Lead the Technology Delivery Meetings, coordinating priorities, progress updates, and key risks.

  • Provide update in the Tech All Hands to the Global Technology team about project updates, complexity, timing and resource planning.

  • Own delivery frameworks and reporting cadence across all projects.

  • Maintain visibility on delivery dependencies, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved promptly.

  • Act a the key bridge between the Bolder Group Change Programme and the Impact on Technology

Capacity & Planning

  • Manage capacity and resource planning across all technology workstreams.

  • Anticipate delivery bottlenecks by tracking workload, upcoming projects, and resource utilisation.

  • Partner with team leads to adjust priorities and sequencing based on business needs and technical capacity.

Risk, Impact, and Delivery Assurance

  • Lead proactive risk and impact assessments on projects, identifying issues early and coordinating mitigations.

  • Ensure dependencies, delays, and change impacts are fully understood and communicated to stakeholders.

  • Support the Head of Technology in preparing delivery summaries for the Executive Team or Board.

Business Engagement & Reporting

  • Act as the key point of contact for project and delivery updates to business leaders.

  • Ensure delivery communication is consistent, transparent, and aligned to business expectations.

  • Maintain and improve high-quality delivery dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.

  • Foster a culture of accountability and transparency within the technology teams.

Job requirements

Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years in IT or technology project/delivery management.

  • Proven experience coordinating multiple teams or departments within a complex environment.

  • Strong understanding of project governance, planning, risk management, and reporting.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Proficiency with delivery tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, monday.com, or Power BI dashboards).

  • High level of organisation, with the ability to manage parallel priorities across time zones.
