Job description

The Investor Support Officer is responsible for servicing and managing a fund: collective of investors that pool money to make specific investments and benefit from the inherent advantages of working as a group. As Shareholder Administrator you will have a challenging but diversified role within a team of Investor Services specialists. You will be responsible for all the day-to-day transfer agency activities of our Fund clients. Due to the diversified type of Fund clients (hedge funds, real estate, fund of funds, private equity, managed accounts and cryptocurrency) we are looking for someone who is hands-on and has a can-do mentality. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Active client relationship and internal stakeholder management.

  • Processing investor transactions, generating contract notes and investor statements – ensuring daily deadlines are met.

  • Processes Capital Calls and Distributions and follows-up on payments made and received.

  • Participates in preparation of periodical reporting (e.g. NAV reporting).

  • Ensures effective compliance and controls in own area.

  • Handles internal and external queries in a professional and timely manner.

  • Acts as point of reference or expertise for colleagues.

  • Ensures effective understanding of specific processes, fund offering documents and strict adherence to relevant procedures.

Ideal experiences and competencies: 

  • Any Business or Finance degree. 

  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, investment houses is preferred.

  • Stakeholder management (clients, senior stakeholders, customers).

  • Organized and detailed in handling data (ex. Ensuring validity and accuracy of data received).

  • Excellent written and oral communications in Dutch and English

The minimum offer for this role is 4100 € gross/month/full-time. Your actual salary will reflect your experience, qualifications, and skill set—we believe in fair compensation that recognizes the value you bring.
