Investor Services Team Lead (KYC & AML / Transfer Agency: Subscription and Redemption Processing)

• Providing oversight on our full scope of Investor Services deliverables and ensuring that we meet our quality standards towards fund managers and investors.
• Coordinating the workload of the team and ensuring timely processing subscriptions, redemptions and other investor instructions in accordance with our internal procedures and guidelines outlined in fund offering documents.
• Managing maintenance of investor data and records in system and providing database management oversight
• Coordination of periodic AML/KYC reviews of investors and ensuring investor compliance.
• Liaise with the Fund accounting teams and coordinate new client onboardings in cooperation with Business Development and Fund Accountant.
• Facilitate periodic review of team and individual performance including coaching, training and developing Shareholder Administrators.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a senior role, demonstrating a robust track record in oversight, training, and coaching within a team environment.
• Extensive understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) policies and regulations, particularly as they pertain to alternative investment funds.
• Comprehensive knowledge of both open-end and closed-end fund structures, highlighting their distinct characteristics and associated challenges.
• A strong client-centric orientation complemented by a service-driven mindset, and a dedication to upholding internal policies and procedures.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with an ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Capacity to prioritize multiple responsibilities, handle competing deadlines effectively, and a strong eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• A proven team player with a proactive and cooperative spirit, adept at fostering positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders alike.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for expressing intricate concepts in a straightforward and digestible manner.

Work Arrangements:

• Hybrid work setup: 2 days of remote work from home and 3 days on-site
• Regular PH business hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (with flexibility to work EU hours)
• Weekend off: Enjoy your weekends off, with Mondays to Fridays as workdays
