Your Impact

As Investment Fund Operations Associate, you'll drive our international investment operations by:

  • Managing Financial Transactions: Process cross-border investment and cash-related transactions while preparing comprehensive accounting records from independent sources

  • Reconciliation & Valuation: Reconcile international bank/broker statements and balances, handle investment pricing, and calculate the Net Asset Value (NAV) of shares

  • Financial Management: Calculate income/expense accruals, management/performance fees, and handle payment disbursements across jurisdictions

  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare tailored financial statements (assets/liabilities, operations, net asset changes), publish NAVs, and manage correspondence with external partners globally (banks, brokers, custodians, lawyers, auditors)

Job requirements

What You'll Bring

  • University degree in Finance, Banking and Investments, Accounting, or Business Administration

  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Professional experience in finance, banking, accounting, or financial operations roles is an advantage

  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for financial operations and detail

  • Genuine curiosity about how global investment markets work

  • Interest in international investment operations and financial systems

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Dynamic attitude with strong communication abilities
