The Opportunity

We seek an exceptional leader to head our Funds division in Singapore, directly impacting our continued growth in the Asia-Pacific region. This strategic position reports to the Global Head of Funds and works in close partnership with the General Manager in Singapore.

Your Impact

As Head of Funds, you will:

• Lead client onboarding processes and resource planning

• Ensure timely and complete service delivery to all clients

• Collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence and other departments for seamless end-to-end service

• Identify and escalate potential risks and red flags to the General Manager and Compliance

• Foster team wellbeing by setting clear expectations and enabling success

• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to maximize team potential

• Embody and promote Bolder DNA and desired culture through leading by example

• Participate in and contribute to global service line initiatives

• Champion technology adoption and utilization

Strategic Leadership

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing strategic growth plans for the Singapore funds practice

• Optimizing resource allocation and team structure to maximize operational efficiency

• Leading risk management initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance

• Driving digital transformation and process automation

• Managing financial KPIs, including outstanding debtors, client budgets, and service line profitability

• Overseeing fund accountants and investor service professionals

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

The Leader We Seek

Our ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, bringing:

• 10+ years of relevant working experience in financial services

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Proven management skills across clients, people, finance, risk, and compliance

• Strong aptitude for workflow management, data technology, and automation

• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, financial instruments, and alternative investment strategies

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

• Strong sense of empathy and excellent communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
