Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and edit a minimum of one three-minute video or three to five visual marketing elements daily, based on instructions from the copywriter.

• Design attractive social media visuals (videos, graphics, images) for platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Create high-quality visual content for websites, social media, videos, emails, brochures, flyers, digital ads, and other marketing materials.

• Collaborate with the copywriter to ensure visual elements meet content requirements.

• Utilize AI graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Google VEO 3, Flow) and incorporate AI-generated elements into final outputs.

• Assist the social media manager in producing video marketing materials, providing input on art direction to ensure consistency with Bolder Group branding.

• Work independently in a hybrid setup, managing multiple projects efficiently and meeting deadlines.

Ideal Skills and competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Computer, Communication, or Marketing-related fields

• Minimum 1 year experience in graphics design and video editing

• Proficiency in:

  • Final Cut or Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Adobe InDesign or Illustrator

  • Adobe After Effects

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • AI graphic/video tools (e.g., Google VEO 3, Flow)

• Ability to produce daily:

  • 1 three-minute video or

  • 3-5 visual marketing elements

• Skilled in creating social media visuals for Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn

• Experience in AI integration for content creation

• Capable of producing marketing materials: emails, brochures, flyers, digital ads

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

• Team player, able to work with minimal supervision

Location & Work Setup:

• Hybrid work arrangement (2 days of work from home, 3 days on-site)
