What You’ll Do:
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the go-to financial expert for our clients, guiding them through their day-to-day financial needs and long-term growth strategies. Your role will include:
- End-to-end financial management: Overseeing all accounting matters, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Client relationship building: You’ll be the face of our finance team, managing intensive client interactions, nurturing relationships, and providing tailored financial solutions.
- Audit readiness: Assisting auditors and ensuring client accounts are audit-ready and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
- Compliance and due diligence: Take a proactive role in ensuring compliance with “Know Your Customer” processes, staying ahead of any developments that may impact our clients.
- Network development: Expand and maintain a network of international clients, leveraging your financial expertise to build lasting partnerships.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with third-party advisors, governmental bodies, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Job requirements
We’re looking for a motivated, proactive individual with a passion for finance and a knack for building strong client relationships. Here’s what you bring to the table:
- Educational background: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a financial management role, ideally within an international company or financial service provider.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of DGAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
- Language skills: Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Dutch or other languages is a big plus.
- Problem-solver: You thrive in fast-paced environments, with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude. No challenge is too big or too small!
- Relationship-builder: You’re a natural at developing strong partnerships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues alike.
- Organized and flexible: You know how to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and delivering results.
