Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be part of the finance team and will be responsible for leading and managing the local finance team for internal accounting activities. The Finance Manager will work closely with the Head of Finance of the three worldwide regions.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely reporting by the team with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
• Oversee the recording of all accounting entries, regular review of and follow-up on outstanding AR balances and performing monthly bank and intercompany reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate reconciliations for various balance sheet accounts.
• Overseeing and guiding the team on client invoicing
• Overseeing and guiding the team on accounts payable entries and allocation to ensure expenses are accurately recorded and paid in line with vendors payment terms.
• Implement and monitor policies and procedures for accounting and reporting.
• Ensuring all reporting deadlines are met.
• Any other duties as needed to assist the regional Head of Finance from time to time.

Ideal skills and proficiencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting.
• At least 7 years experience in Finance / Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managing a team.
• Experience across multi jurisdictions would be beneficial.
• Ability to set priorities, be flexible and highly accurate.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).

Ideal Advanced Technical Proficiencies:

• Knowledge of the corporate services and fund services industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Teams and Powerpoint.
• Experience with TrustQuay/ NavOne/ Navision (Microsoft) would be a distinct advantage.
• Experience working with a geographically dispersed team and cultures across multiple international regions.

• Location: Bolder Philippines 8th floor, Tower 1, Clark City Front, MA Roxas, Clark Freeport Zone (In front of SM Clark beside Honda Cars)
• Workdays: Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm)
