Your Role:
As a Fiduciary Professional with a federal certificate, you will play a vital role in managing and supporting international Swiss companies. Your responsibilities include:

  • Mandate Management: Provide essential support in managing Swiss companies engaged in international business.
  • Accounting: Oversee comprehensive financial accounting for both international and national clients, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and asset accounting.
  • Annual Financial Statements: Assist in preparing annual financial statements in line with Swiss and international standards (e.g., IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER).
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare tax returns for legal entities, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations (in collaboration with external tax experts).
  • VAT Statements: Prepare and submit VAT returns for clients with cross-border activities.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal regulations and internal guidelines, supporting the overall compliance framework.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients on fiduciary, accounting, and tax-related matters.
  • Administration: Manage various administrative tasks related to client support.

Job requirements

Your Profile:
We are seeking a motivated professional who thrives in an international setting:

  • Education: Completed training as a fiduciary with a federal certificate.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in the fiduciary sector, ideally with an international client base.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of Swiss tax law and accounting; familiarity with international tax law is a plus.
  • Languages: Proficient in written and spoken German; English proficiency is advantageous.
  • IT Skills: Competence in accounting software (Abacus) and MS Office.
  • Personality: You are independent, meticulous, and structured, with a strong service orientation and a collaborative spirit.
