Are you ready to take your digital marketing expertise to the next level? We’re seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Strategist to partner with our communications team in crafting groundbreaking growth strategies for the Bolder Group. If you’re passionate about driving digital initiatives through online channels-like our website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and more-you could be the perfect fit for our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Work with our communications team to create and implement innovative growth strategies that enhance our digital presence.
Launch robust SEO, SEM, SEA, and SMM campaigns in partnership with our communications team.
Design and conduct A/B tests for campaigns, analyze the results, and provide actionable insights to optimize our strategies. Present findings to key stakeholders, on a monthly basis or as needed.
Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to meet ROI and KPI goals and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on emerging technologies that could boost Bolder Group’s marketing efforts.
Additionally, as our HubSpot Administrator, you will:
Adapt HubSpot’s Sales, CRM, Marketing, and other hubs to meet the specific needs of our marketing, finance, and business development teams.
Ensure smooth data integration between HubSpot and other essential tools like WordPress, PowerBI, and SEMRush.
Work closely with the content team and SEO specialists to oversee content creation, editing, and publication within HubSpot.
Partner with lead generation specialists to set up lead scoring, routing rules, and automated email sequences that effectively nurture our leads.
Other task that maybe assigned from time to time.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and hands-on expertise as a HubSpot administrator.
Proficient in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, as well as skilled in conducting A/B and multivariate experiments.
Strong knowledge of website analytics tools, including Google Analytics, SEMRush, Hotjar, and HubSpot.
Expertise in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
Proven ability to lead and manage SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, and up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Work Arrangements:
Enjoy a hybrid work model with 2 remote workdays from home and 3 days on-site.
Regular Philippine business hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with flexibility for EU hours as needed.
