Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee company secretarial matters for a diverse portfolio of clients within Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions like BVI, Cayman & Nevis;

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory filing deadlines and maintain statutory records for both Hong Kong and offshore entities

  • Liaise and coordinate with government authorities (e.g., Companies Registry and IRD) in various jurisdictions to ensure timely and accurate submission

  • Assist in clients’ enquiries and due diligence/ KYC documents;

  • Stay informed about offshore regulatory changes and advise clients accordingly;

  • Handle company secretarial matters from pre and post incorporation, preparation of resolutions/minutes;

  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Job requirements

Ideal competencies and skills:

  • Degree holder in a related field - Corporate Governance, Legal Studies or other business-related disciplines;

  • A minimum of 2 years relevant experience from corporate services practice, CPA, or law firm, with a strong focus on offshore structures;

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, sense of responsibility, willing to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines;

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Cantonese; fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage;

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
