Job description
Responsibilities:
Provide company secretarial services to a range of non-listed client companies
Assist in handling full set of company secretarial documents for company formation and post-incorporation services
Communicate with clients under supervision
Monitor the account receivable and renewal of license fees for clients’ companies
Maintain statutory records for clients’ companies
Update and maintain good records and information on system
Handle payment process for other service team (1-2 hour(s) per day)
Handle ad hoc duties assigned by superiors
Job requirements
Ideal skills and competencies:
Degree holder in Corporate Administration/Corporate Governance/Business Administration
Good Knowledge of corporate secretarial regulations is an advantage
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin are preferred
Attention to details with good problem-solving skills
Independent and able to work under pressure
