Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide company secretarial services to a range of non-listed client companies

  • Assist in handling full set of company secretarial documents for company formation and post-incorporation services

  • Communicate with clients under supervision

  • Monitor the account receivable and renewal of license fees for clients’ companies

  • Maintain statutory records for clients’ companies

  • Update and maintain good records and information on system

  • Handle payment process for other service team (1-2 hour(s) per day)

  • Handle ad hoc duties assigned by superiors

Job requirements

Ideal skills and competencies:

  • Degree holder in Corporate Administration/Corporate Governance/Business Administration

  • Good Knowledge of corporate secretarial regulations is an advantage

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.  Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin are preferred

  • Attention to details with good problem-solving skills

  • Independent and able to work under pressure
