Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide company secretarial services to a range of clients, primarily focusing on offshore jurisdictions like BVI, Cayman & Nevis;

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory filing deadlines and maintain statutory records for both Hong Kong and offshore entities

  • Liaise and coordinate with government authorities (e.g., Companies Registry and IRD) in various jurisdictions to ensure timely and accurate submission

  • Assist in clients’ enquiries and due diligence/ KYC documents;

  • Stay informed about offshore regulatory changes and advise clients accordingly;

  • Handle company secretarial matters from pre and post incorporation, preparation of resolutions/minutes;

  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Job requirements

Ideal skills and competencies:

  • Higher Certificate/Diploma or above of Corporate Governance or related field;

  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply;

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and with a strong sense of responsibility;

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Cantonese; fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage;

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
