Job description
Responsibilities:
Provide company secretarial services to a range of clients, primarily focusing on offshore jurisdictions like BVI, Cayman & Nevis;
Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory filing deadlines and maintain statutory records for both Hong Kong and offshore entities
Liaise and coordinate with government authorities (e.g., Companies Registry and IRD) in various jurisdictions to ensure timely and accurate submission
Assist in clients’ enquiries and due diligence/ KYC documents;
Stay informed about offshore regulatory changes and advise clients accordingly;
Handle company secretarial matters from pre and post incorporation, preparation of resolutions/minutes;
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
Job requirements
Ideal skills and competencies:
Higher Certificate/Diploma or above of Corporate Governance or related field;
Fresh graduates welcome to apply;
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and with a strong sense of responsibility;
Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Cantonese; fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage;
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
