The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Administrator to join our team, based in our Bratislava office. In this role, you will work directly with international clients across Europe, supporting corporate administration, governance, and legal documentation while building meaningful relationships with clients, advisors, and regulatory bodies.

Your Responsibilities

Client Support & Relationship Management

  • Assist in the daily management and administration of an international client portfolio

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients on corporate administration and governance matters

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders

  • Ensure timely delivery of services and proactive communication with clients

Corporate Documentation & Governance

  • Draft, review, and maintain corporate documents including board and shareholder resolutions, corporate minutes, proxies, and company formation documents

  • Prepare and process loan agreements and other corporate documentation

  • Maintain accurate corporate records and statutory registers

  • Ensure compliance with Luxembourg regulatory requirements and filing deadlines

  • Support the team with regulatory filings and documentation

Coordination & Administration

  • Liaise with third-party advisors including tax consultants, lawyers, notaries, and auditors

  • Coordinate with government institutions and facilitate communication across multiple stakeholders

  • Organise and maintain client files in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory standards

  • Monitor deadlines for corporate filings, renewals, and compliance obligations

  • Manage document flow and approval processes efficiently

Job requirements

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

  • University degree in Legal, Business, Economics, or related fields; Legal education is a significant advantage

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in administration, corporate services, financial services, client services, or related fields

  • Prior experience with corporate documentation and company administration is highly advantageous

  • Experience in an international or professional services environment is a plus

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining corporate documents and records; familiarity with international corporate services and multi-jurisdictional structures is a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach; proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and works well both independently and in teams while maintaining professional discretion with sensitive information

  • Comfortable with technology and digital document management systems

Language Requirements

  • Fluent English (written and verbal) - essential for international client communication and team collaboration
