We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate and Trust Administrator to join our dynamic team.  

The Corporate and Trust Administrator will support the corporate governance functions of Bolder Cyprus, licensed by the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Cyprus Companies Law and the Cyprus International Trust Law. 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Handle all administrative duties relating to corporate and trust structures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare board resolutions/ minutes, trustee resolutions/ minutes, powers of    attorney, simple contracts etc. 

  • Adhere to the filing requirements of the Registrar of Companies and other local authorities.  

  • Handle onboarding and other KYC requirements for new and existing clients. 

  • Opening of bank accounts for clients.  

  • Record keeping and data processing, including updating client files and internal databases.  

  • Arrange for execution and certification of documents. 

  • Other ad hoc admin, corporate and AML administrative related tasks as required under Bolder, CySEC and applicable laws.

Job requirements

Ideal skills and competencies:

  • Qualified lawyer with minimum 3 years of experience as a Corporate and Trust Administrator at a CySEC licensed corporate and trust services provider.  

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and tech driven. 

  • Excellent knowledge of both Greek and English (written and spoken).  

  • Outstanding organizational and administration skills. 

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. 

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to details and critical thinking attitude. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as a member of the team. 

  • Energetic, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments efficiently. 

  • Professionalism, sense of integrity and responsibility.
