Job description

The Company Nurse is responsible for providing primary healthcare services to employees while overseeing day-to-day office administration and facilities coordination. This role ensures employee health and safety compliance, efficient office operations, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Nursing & Health Services
• Provide first aid treatment, basic medical care, and emergency response to employees.
• Conduct initial health assessments and monitor employees’ health conditions as needed.
• Administer prescribed medications in accordance with company protocols.
• Maintain and update medical records and incident reports with confidentiality.
• Coordinate annual physical examinations, vaccinations, and health programs.
• Monitor workplace health and safety compliance in line with DOLE regulations.
• Liaise with partner clinics, hospitals, and HMO providers for employee medical needs.
• Assist in the implementation of wellness programs, health campaigns, and safety trainings.
• Ensure availability and proper maintenance of medical supplies and equipment.

B. Office Management & Administration
• Oversee daily office operations to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workplace.
• Manage office supplies inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate facilities maintenance, repairs, and office housekeeping services.
• Handle front-desk or administrative support as needed (e.g., visitor coordination, meeting room scheduling).
• Support onboarding and offboarding logistics (ID issuance, workstation setup, access coordination).
• Maintain office documentation, records, and internal reports.
• Assist HR and management with administrative tasks and internal communications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies related to office use, safety, and cleanliness.

• Coordinate and provide communication with the Property Provider and the Local Government unit for logistical requirements

• Visitor and event management for both external and internal guests.

• Other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time.


C. Health, Safety & Compliance
• Assist in implementing occupational health and safety programs.
• Participate in safety inspections, drills, and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE occupational health standards and company policies.
• Prepare and submit required health and safety reports as needed.

Job requirements

Ideal skills and experience:
• Licensed Nurse (RN) with valid PRC license.
• With at least 2 years of experience as a company nurse or in occupational health.

• Knowledge of working with local government units in Clark (Permit processing, Logistics requirements)
• Experience in office administration or facilities management is an advantage.
• Knowledge of DOLE occupational health and safety standards.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office or similar tools.
