We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Accounting Manager to lead the delivery of accounting services to a portfolio of corporate services clients in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will oversee the accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance coordination, and regulatory obligations of a diverse portfolio of legal entities, while managing a team of accounting professionals and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

This role requires strong technical accounting expertise, knowledge of Luxembourg corporate structures, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of Luxembourg corporate services clients, including holding companies, SPVs, and financing entities.

• Act as the primary contact for accounting matters and maintain strong client relationships.

• Review and oversee bookkeeping, financial statements, management accounts, and statutory filings in accordance with Luxembourg GAAP.

• Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.

• Coordinate tax filings and regulatory compliance requirements with internal and external stakeholders.

• Liaise with auditors and manage annual audit processes.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while ensuring efficient workload allocation and service quality.

• Maintain relationships with clients, auditors, tax advisors, banks, and legal advisors.

• Support complex transactions, restructurings, and financing activities.

• Drive process improvements, internal controls, and operational efficiencies.

Ideal skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred.

• Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, including team leadership responsibilities.

• Experience within a corporate services provider, fiduciary, trust company, fund administrator, or professional services firm.

• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP, statutory reporting, and corporate accounting requirements.

• Experience managing client portfolios and coordinating audits.

• Familiarity with Luxembourg tax compliance and corporate governance requirements.

• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and client management skills.

• Fluent in English; French is highly desirable. German or Luxembourgish is an advantage.
