Software Developer - Microsoft Power Platform

We are looking to hire a talented Software Developer that has a focus on the Microsoft Power Platform. As a software developer, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing systems according to company specifications, building scalable web applications, writing and modifying code, debugging software, and training staff. To ensure success as a software developer, you should have extensive knowledge of .NET, C# and proficiency with back-end programming languages, and the ability to solve complex software issues.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering services and solutions for clients using Microsoft’s PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform based solutions satisfying customer requirements.
• Help guide teams to effectively use the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agent)
• Understand business difficulties to provide solutions by applying problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Keep abreast of new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends.
• Automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate; outputs will include data visualization and low code applications.
• Use various connectors to connect disparate systems to Power Platform applications.
• Recommend and guide development of APIs for Line of Business applications that do not have native connectors.
• Identify areas and processes where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
• Assists in the evaluation, development, and implementation of company systems, including custom developed, off-the-shelf, and/or hosted solutions.
• Contribute across all phases of the software development life cycle.
• Adept at crafting Power Apps and Power Platform solutions with the ability to impart your knowledge to both pro-developers and citizen developers.
• Partner with cross-function technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery.

Ideal experiences and competencies:

• Should have 2 years of experience in Power Platform development (including Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Pages)
  
• Strong knowledge of Power Automate and Power Fx.
• Experience with Dataverse (CDS) and related integrations.
  
• Knowledge of development of Power Virtual agent, Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of Azure components.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development and working on SSRS reports will be an additional advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Visual studio and version control systems.
• Should have 2 years of experience in frontend development using React.
• Knowledge of development using C#.Net.
• BA/BS degree in a computer discipline, or equivalent applicable experience
• Good English writing, reading and verbal communication skills is a must.

About Bolder Philippines:

• Hybrid work setup (Combination of On-site and Work From Home arrangement)
  • Must be willing to work On-site at least once a month.
• Location: Bolder Philippines 8th floor, Tower 1, Clark City Front, MA Roxas, Clark Freeport Zone (In front of SM Clark besides Honda)
• Workdays: Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm) with some flex at mid shift
