Senior Fund Accountant / Assistant Account Manager

• Assist the team manager in managing a team of Fund accountants, supervising the
• Production of the daily/monthly/quarterly NAV and following up on operations.
• Provide clients with accurate and timely accounting services in line with the client's business needs.
• Ensure that applicable accounting standards and compliance with relevant regulatory authorities are met in order to deliver the client service agreements.
• Perform internal audit of compliance, investors' due diligence and KYC.
• Regular coaching and mentoring of a team of Fund Accountants

Ideal experiences and competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (Finance, Economics, etc.)
• At least 4 years of accounting experience in banking, investment houses, or accounting firms, with a background in bookkeeping, general accounting, and fund accounting (preferably with experience in hedge and private equity funds)
• Strong understanding of fiduciary responsibilities
• Ability to train and coach team members
• Familiarity with quality control practices for document review and third-party audit requirements for financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with clients, senior stakeholders, and customers
• Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
