Job description

  • Set up and configure HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Service Hub to meet client needs
  • Manage content creation, editing, and publication within HubSpot
  • Develop lead generation campaigns using forms, landing pages, and workflows
  • Set up lead scoring and routing rules
  • Create automated email sequences to nurture leads
  • Integrate HubSpot with other tools for seamless data flow
  • Co-create innovative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, display advertising)
  • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize campaign performance
  • Measure campaign performance against goals (ROI, KPIs) and identify trends for optimization
  • Analyze campaign performance using HubSpot analytics tools
  • Evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for adoption and provide thought leadership

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (e.g., Business, Communications, Advertising)
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns
  • Expertise in identifying target audiences, crafting engaging digital campaigns that drive results, and optimizing landing pages and user funnels for maximum conversion
  • Skilled in A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Proficient in website analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, and WebTrends
  • Familiarity with ad serving tools such as DART and Atlas
  • Proven experience setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Strong background in managing and leading SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development principles and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to inform marketing decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
